<description>The work you are doing is laudable! Thank you so much.I would wish to know and possibly get support on how to be able to sale my art through the internet.People have seen my work on http://www.flickr.com/search/?q=willis+otieno and have asked me for the possibility of opening my work up for sale. I will appreciate any positive advice and support from any one. Thanks a great deal!

<description>This website is proof of the following quote: &quot;Never underestimate the power of a small but committed group of people to change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.&quot; – Margaret Mead

Wow. Looking forward to exploring and trying to get involved. Soon.

<description>I represent Tools for Self Reliance, a development organisation based in the UK. For nearly 30 years we have been supporting small enterprises, income generating groups in the form of training, improved access to innovative value addition technologies and kits of hand tools.

To explain our approach briefly, we do not have any regional offices abroad - rather we work through NGOs who are able to offer additional support to artisans and vulnerable target groups, through micro-credit, business and skills training, etc. With these partners we work on a project basis which we evaluate to hopefully develop better practices for our partners across Africa. We then also supply high quality refurbished tools which act as start up capital for small scale business and industry.

We are able to offer hand tools and some limited machinery to partner organisations who are supporting marginalised groups. If you have a project that needs this kind of support, please get in touch by emailing luke@tfsr.org

Thanks!
